Product Description

 MH polyester texture yarn for you. It has 150D/1,200D/1,300D/1, with different packing size.

It's also named as 100% polyester continuous filament textured thread, or overlock thread, made of 100% polyester continuous filament DTY,  give the thread a soft feel and make it ideal for use in the loopers of overlocking,  cover seaming to provide softness and comfort.

Commonly used on the overlocking of elastic fabrics, such as underwear, knitted garments, sportswear, and children's clothing.

MH polyester sewing thread, it's 100% spun polyester, mainly used for sewing garment and home textiles. Normally it's packed with 10y~10000y in big cone, or small tube.

MH corespun polyester sewing thread for you. Normally it has counts as 20/2,30/2, 40/3, 50/2,  60/2, 60/3, to 80/2,  it is cetificated to Oeko Tex Standard 100 Annext 6.

Its construction is with the continuous filament polyester core and soft staple polyester wrap, delivers high seam strength and excellent performance.  It has outstanding sewability and creates a smoother, softer handle to the sewn seam when compared with conventional sewing threads, its strength also 15%-20% higher than conventional sewing threads.

Mainly used on outdoor performance, sportswear, woven outerwear and fashion jackets, Jeans, leather products, etc.

MH nylon and polyester high tenacity sewing thread, its ommon specification has 210D / 2, 210D / 3, 300D / 3, 420D / 3, 630D / 3 and so on.

Nylon high tenacity sewing thread is mainly composed of nylon 6 and nylon 6.6.  It has high strength, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It can maintain normal strength in dry and wet environments. Therefore, nylon tenacity sewing thread is widely used in leather products, furniture, outdoor and other fields.

Polyester high tenacity sewing thread, also known as Tedron thread, is a sewing thread made of high-strength, low-shrinkage polyester filaments by combining, twisting and other processes. It has high strength, strong coloring, good wear resistance, good performance such as corrosion and mildew, no joints, etc., in the production process when responding to tension changes, it's very stable, thus reducing the thread breakage and thread replacement during sewing, which is conducive to improving productivity and is very suitable for shoes Sewing of categories, professional clothing, professional equipment, leather furniture, leather accessories.

MH bag closing thread for you. We have 100% polyester and 100% cotton bag closing thread.

It has high resistance to abrasion/corrosion/acid, mostly used for packing bag seam sewing for woven bag/paper bag/sacks, etc.
Count and yarn could be choosed based on customer need, from 9s, 10s, 12s, 15s, 20s, 30s to with 3~9 ply.
It can be packed as 20g to 10kgs without knots, suitable for hand sewing bag machine and industry sewing bag machine, thus improving sewing efficiency.
