Product Description

Raincoat fabric is widely used to make bicycle or motorcycle rain cape, children and adults raincoat, military marching raincoats, fisher's waterpfoof pants, apron and others.

Raincoat is made of sueded Pongee, having diamond check ,football check, and other jacquarded pattern, also can be printed with cartoons, they are used for making fashion raincoats.
 

Poplin fabric, it's also called as pocket fabric, tc fabric, or Popelina, or even called Dacron. It is made of polyester and cotton yarn, mainly in plain texture,  the yarn count is mainly 45S.

The fabric specification mainly includes: 80*38、88*64、96*72、110*76, 133x72, etc., usually used for lining and pocket cloth, also in some area, the 133x72 fabric is used for making shirts and robe. 

T/R fabric is a kind of polyester viscose blended fabric, which is highly complementary.  It has the polyester material characteristic of stong, anti-wrinkle, stable, washable and wearable.

The mixing of viscose fiber in T/R fabric improves the air permeability and resistance to hot-melt hole, reduces the capacity of pilling,  antistatic, and is easy to take care. It is suitable for students' wear, suits, business wear, etc.

At present, MH T/R fabric is very competitive, especially used for the local school uniform and African robe in Africa market. 

Pongee fabric is made of polyester DTY with coating, it is also called coated nylon taffeta.

Pongee has the features of smooth, light weight, firm and wear-resistant, elastic and glossy, non-shrinking, easy to wash, fast drying, soft hand feeling, feel like cotton fabric, but with less cost.

It's widely used for everywhere, like lining, tablecloth, curtains, etc.

Taffeta is also called Taft, it's a kind of polyester thin fabric, with a common specification of 170t-400t, the mostly used is 170t-210t.

It's made of 30D-75D polyester semi gloss FDY. It's the highest density fabric in silk fabrics.

It has fine, neat and smooth silk surface with good luster, but easily having permanent pressmark, so it is not suitable for folding and heavy pressing. It's mostly used as bag lining, packaging and decoration fabric.

With coating, it can be used for raincoat, umbrella, tent, shading cloth, etc.

Yarn dyed fabric, it's also called school check fabric. The yarn dyed fabric is weaved by dyed yarn. Not like other fabric it's dyed after weaving. It can be made of all materials, like cotton, chemical fiber and linen.

The advantage of the Fabric is soft, comfortable, Skin-friendly, popular in spring season.

This fabric is widely used for school uniform, shirts, skirts, pants and so on

Coral fleece and flannel fleece are knitted fabric in 100% polyester. They are made by 288 warp knitting machine, through dyeing, picking,  combing finishing. They are mostly used to make bed sheet and quilt cover. 

Coral fleece and flannel fleece have fine fluff on the surface,  feels soft and warm,  have good warmth, so thery are suitable for late autumn and winter season.

Oxford fabric is made by woven fabric, normally polyester or nylon with colloid coating such as PVC, PU, PA, PE, TPU. 

Woven fabric provides good resistence of the product, and colloied coating makes sure the water does not go through the fabric. Because of that  oxford fabric becomes ideal material for making bags.
